WA Caterers are running our canteen, which operates from Friday evening to Sunday evening. It's hearty, healthy and inexpensive camp food. Several meal combinations are available. If you stay in Currawong or Timbarra, you can also self-cater.
Friday Dinner
Apricot chicken / vegetarian ratatouille (eggplant, capsicum and mushroom)
served with rice and broccoli, carrots and small corn cob.

Assorted cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruit salad, toast and spreads.
Scrambled eggs, baked beans and sausages/ fresh mushrooms for vegetarians

Pumpkin soup (made with milk + cream)
Buffet with cold meat/cheese and salad rolls with sliced beetroot and condiments

Roast beef / fried tofu for vegetarians, served with
gourmet potatoes, a medley of carrots, peas and corn and cauliflower gratin
