Accommodation
Rustic accommodation is in a series of huge jarrah cabins. Expect back-to-basics shared accommodation, in three main buildings and several cottages. The three buildings are: Timbarra, Woodshed and Currawong. Most rooms consist of two double bunks (sleeping 4), but some larger rooms are available.
Bunk room
Each main building has an ablution block, a large commercial kitchen, barbecue and cool room, large verandahs, pot belly stove/ woodfire and an outdoor campfire. Each also has a fireman’s pole to quickly get to the ground floor!
Accommodation for two nights is $64 per person for adults and $36 per person for those under 17.
Because the Nanga Bush Camp is located in hilly country, there are limited options for campervans and camping on site. A small number of campervan and tent sites are available at the same price as sleeping in the buildings.
Early birds and night owls
We understand that some people like to go to bed early and get up early, while others go to bed late and sleep in. We have allocated the Woodshed as earlybirds’ accommodation, while Timbarra and Currawong are for the night owls. Please choose the type of accommodation you prefer when you book. This will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Catering
A fully catered service will be provided for the weekend, for those who prefer this, for approximately $60 per person for all meals. Individual meals can be ordered in advance, as required. The Woodshed building will act as the main dining room. People staying in Timbarra and Currawong have the option of preparing their own food in the large kitchens, or ordering the catering service and eating at Woodshed. There is no option for self-catering for those staying in the Woodshed building.
Because performances will take place in the same buildings in which self-catering is provided, access to the kitchens will be restricted to certain time slots.
Other accommodation options
There are also various accommodation options around Dwellingup. The Dwellingup caravan park is 8.5km from Nanga, and has chalets as well as caravan sites. There are also various holiday homes for rent.
For the more adventurous or cost conscious, the Lane Poole reserve provides camping just across the river.

Hi Gisela
Yes. Unfortunately, the Nanga Bush Camp insist that the accommodation price is the same for both the dormitories and the limited camping spaces. The price for adults will be $64 pp for the weekend, but only $36 for children.
As you are aware, it is also possible to camp at Lane Pool Reserve, just across the river. This is very close to Nanga Bush Camp if you’re prepared to swim.
It is probably a kilometer or 2 if you come by road. You are welcome to choose this option if cost is an issue.
The ticket booking form will be online in a day or so.
Cheers
Rob
