Meals

As in past years, some meals will be available for pre-purchase in 2024. The menu caters for standard, vegetarian and vegan requirements.

Due to the split venues, Friday night dinner will be held in the Dining Room at Fairbridge Village, catered by Fairbridge Catering.

Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner and Sunday lunch will be held in the Pinjarra Civic Centre and is catered once again by Chef Nimrod Kazoom

Alcohol will be BYO at the Fairbridge Village Dining Room and Pinjarra Civic Centre.

This year we are thrilled that Chef Nimrod Kazoom is back to cater for our event in the Pinjarra Civic Centre, in his splendid Middle Eastern style. We are also delighted that Fairbridge Catering will be providing our Friday night dinner at Fairbridge.

Please view the weekend menu using the link above. All meals will be served buffet style, with the chance to mix and socialise with old friends and new in the Dining Hall at Fairbridge on Friday night, and in the Pinjarra Civic Centre for the rest of the weekend.

Catered meals must be pre-ordered through our Trybooking system by Thursday 26 September. They cannot be ordered at the festival. For catering purposes, anyone 12 years and over is considered an adult. All catered meals are offered to patrons at the caterer’s prices with no profit to the festival.

Note: Numbers for Friday night dinner will be limited due to the size of the venue, so be sure to book early.

You need to purchase your meal tickets separately to your festival ticket. Order your meals

Vegetarian, vegan, allergies & special diets

As you’ll see from the menus, most of the dishes on offer will be vegetarian or vegan.  Nevertheless, if you require vegetarian or vegan food exclusively, please indicate your preference when ordering meals so our caterers can allocate the appropriate proportions.

Note: Even though many dishes are marked gf, nf and lf, this is offered as good faith general advice. Because of the nature of the style of catering offered, the festival cannot cater for food allergies and cannot ensure that the meals offered are completely free of gluten or any particular food substance. If your needs are particular, please self-cater. Some gluten-free bread will be on hand for those who prefer it.  Please indicate this when ordering.

Self catering

All cottages are self-catering. The kitchens are large and fully equipped with stoves, ovens, kettles, microwaves, fridges and preparation space. Cutlery, crockery, large pots and pans, cooking utensils and washing-up equipment are available for your use.

We will not be running shuttles between Fairbridge and the Pinjarra Civic Centre at meal times..

Refunds

Meal bookings cannot be refunded due to the lead times required for procurement and staffing. Tickets may be assigned to others provided the original purchaser advises Nanga Music Festival of the identity of the new owner. Ticket holders who do not match the identity of the ticket purchaser may be refused meal service.

We recommend using Tixel to on-sell your meal tickets.
