Important information
For 2024, our transition year, the Nanga Music Festival will be held in two locations. The Friday night concert will be held in the Dining Room at Fairbridge Village, and our Saturday and Sunday concerts will be held in the Pinjarra Civic Centre.
For 2024 only, we have limited accommodation available in cottages at Fairbridge Village. From 2025, the entire music festival will be held at Fairbridge.
Tickets will be available either with accommodation in a Fairbridge cottage bed, or without accommodation, where you will need to find alternative accommodation off-site.
There is no camping at Fairbridge Village this year. We may be able to accommodate some campervans only. If you have a campervan and would like to stay at the Fairbridge Village, please email bookings@nangamusic.org.au for availability.
Ticket and accommodation options
- Adult weekend ticket with 2 nights’ accommodation from $255 – $320 depending on your choice of cottage
- Adult weekend ticket no accommodation $200

- Youth (12-17) weekend ticket with 2 nights’ accommodation from $155 to $220 depending on choice of cottage
- Youth (12-17) weekend ticket no accommodation $100
- Youth (12-17) Saturday ticket $65
- Youth (12-17) Sunday ticket $35
- Child (under 12) weekend Ticket with accommodation $75 to $140 depending on choice of accommodation
- Child (5-11) weekend no accommodation $20
- Child (U 5) weekend no accommodation: free entry (ticket required)
If you are planning to stay in one of the cottages at Fairbridge Village you must book your accommodation at the same time as you book your tickets. Single night accommodation is not available.
The Fairbridge cottages range from sleeping 8 people to 18 people except for Scratton Lodge. Each cottage has several rooms, and a variety of sleeping arrangements, mostly single and bunkbeds, with a very limited number of double beds.
Note: At this stage, Scratton Lodge has been allocated to artists and families, sound and catering. There may be a few beds available at a later date to book.

This year only, the festival program concludes at 5.30 pm on the Sunday evening. For this reason we have made all accommodation bookings for Friday and Saturday night only. If you would like to stay at Fairbridge Village on Sunday night please email bookings@nangamusic.org.au to arrange. If there is the demand, we will allocate a cottage/s for the Sunday night.
Rooms are numbered and are allocated to either M (men) W (women) C (Couples) or G (Groups). Beds are identified as S – single, B – bunk or D – double.
For example,
- 1W_S1 – is Room 1 allocated to Women and Single Bed 1
- 3M_B1 – is Room 3 allocated to Men, and Bunk bed 1 which is a bottom bunk (B2 is top bunk).
- A double bed booking would look like
- 1C_D1 and 1C_D2 – is allocated to Couples room and the two bookings required for it.
Rooms are allocated to either M (men), W (women), C (couples) or G (groups). Beds are identified as S-single, B-bunk bed or C-double bed. For example, in bookings you might see 1SB_W or 2SB_M or 3_C.
All cottages must be vacated by 10 am on Sunday.

Safety
Parents and guardians of children (under 18 years of age) are responsible for their safety on site at all times.
After dark, please avoid the unlit paths and use the roads to walk between the cottages at Fairbridge Village. At all times comply with the directions of the Fairbridge Village staff who have control of the entire site.
Refunds
If you need to on-sell your tickets, then we recommend Tixel. It will be your responsibility to ensure that changed ownership details are given to us by contacting bookings@nangamusic.org.au. If we don’t have the correct details, we cannot allow entry.
Pre-ordering meals
Catered meals must be pre-ordered separately from entry tickets and accommodation. You will have the option of meals for Friday night, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner and Sunday lunch.
